Northern Berkshire Community Coalition

Organizing and supporting the Northern Berkshire community for over 30 years!

THE FAMILY PLACE is a family resource center to support families with children 0-18 in north Berkshire. Our program is designed to create a safe and welcoming space for parents and guardians to find information, resources, and support to help them address the needs and concerns they have for their family.  We provide parents and guardians with educational and skill building programming to help them meet the demands of parenting children today.

OUR MISSION is to serve the families of the northern Berkshire region with the resources, educational and skill-building programming, social activities, and supports that they need to build happy, healthy, and successful lives.

OUR GOAL is to create a community of happy, healthy families.

As a parent, we all come to realize that no one has all the answers. Asking for help is a sign of strength. This group offers parents the opportunity, in a safe environment, to ask for help and get the information that they need to be the parent that they want to be for their children. This group also offers social interaction with other parents in our community and a chance to scrapbook all the great pictures of their kids.

Cafe Times are held at The Family Place every Thursday from 10:30 am to 12:00 pm. Enjoy a craft and refreshments as we discuss the joy and stress of being a parent.
